We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are achieved efficiently. The candidate will supervise production staff, monitor workflow, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations. Responsibilities include planning production schedules, coordinating with quality assurance and maintenance teams, resolving production issues, and preparing performance reports. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, production knowledge, and the ability to optimize operational efficiency while minimizing downtime.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime as required
• Sunday Holiday
